Have you ever thought of trying gator, catfish, or jambalaya? Or have you tried it and really enjoyed it? If you have tried it, you’ll be happy to hear that this Saturday, February 21st, there will be Mardi Gras at the Ottertail Community Center. There will be a great buffet of gator, catfish, bourbon street meatballs, and jambalaya. The Ottertail Lions conduct a meat raffle, horse racing, and a beer bottle auction. The event will take place from 4 PM- 10PM. If you haven’t tried any of these foods before, go check it out and experience a new style of food!
