Disclosures and Equipment Updates
Watercraft
* Lease agreement and waiver required.
* Lessee will observe all of East Silent Resorts Rules and Regulations.
* Lessee will observe all Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Boating Rules and Regulations
* Equipment will only be operated by persons 21 years of age and older and individuals listed on lease agreement.
* Take extreme caution to stay in water at least three feet deep, avoid rock and danger marked areas, and use only channels that have been marked for boats.
* Stay 100 yards away from docks, swimmers, fisherman and other boaters.
* Familiarize yourself with all mechanical safety features to insure safe operations.
* Avoid excessive speed through channels and congested areas.
* Be courteous to other boaters and use extreme caution around all other watercraft.
* Watercraft may not leave East Silent Lake.
* Non-guest rates available based on watercraft availability.
Golf Cart
* Lease agreement and waiver required.
* Lessee will observe all of East Silent Resorts Rules and Regulations.
* Equipment will only be operated by persons 21 years of age and older and individuals listed on lease agreement.
* Take extreme caution around children.
* Stay on hard surfaced roads and within designated golf cart areas.
* Familiarize yourself with all mechanical safety features to insure safe operations.
* Maintain safe speed at all times.
* Be courteous to other guests and use extreme caution at all times.
Snowmobile
$20 per helmet
* Lease agreement and waiver required.
* Lessee will observe all East Silent Resorts Rules and Regulations.
* Lessee will follow all Department of Natural Resources Snowmobile Safety Laws, Rules and Regulations
* Equipment will only be operated by persons 21 years of age and older and individuals listed on lease agreement.
* Any Minnesota resident born after December 31, 1976, is required by law to hold snowmobile certification
* Stay within designated snowmobile areas on resort property.
* Familiarize yourself with all mechanical safety features to insure safe operations.
* Maintain safe speed at all times.
* Be courteous to other guests and use extreme caution at all times.
