If you are looking for a sit down restaurant but don’t want to spent too much time or empty your wallet, check out one of my favorite places in Otter Tail Lakes County – The Cornfield Café. Located by Dunvilla at the junction of Highways 59 and 34 in the Lakeland True Value Building. I love to stop there to get a bite to eat with friends and family or just to fill up my gas tank. Both the café and the store have great service and a friendly staff! The Cornfield Café is my favorite place for breakfast and is also quite famous for their delicious pies, with so many flavors to choose from you will have a hard time deciding. While they may be small, there is plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy a meal together. It’s only a 25 minute drive from East Silent Lake Resort. While you are there don’t forget to check out the Lakeland store for any supplies or equipment you may need or check out Karen’s Corner a cute little shop located in their parking lot! Check it out – you never know what kind of adventure you might find!
