With such cold temperatures in Minnesota this winter, the builders are glad to be working on the interior of the new vacation home. These images are from Jan. 24th. They are working on all interior framing and will be spray foaming insulation in the next several days. We are very excited about the new layout. While the upstairs is virtually identical to Maplewood and Itasca (the existing vacation homes), this will be ESR’s first vacation home with a lower (walk-out) level. It is very spacious, affording two bedrooms/two bathrooms, along with a very nice family room and second kitchen/dining area. A great place to send the kids!!!
